How to access Honeycomb's SOC 2 reports and compliance information

Honeycomb provides access to our latest compliance documentation, including SOC 2 Type II reports, through our Trust Portal.

Honeycomb Trust Portal access is available to Honeycomb customers on Pro or Enterprise plans only.

Accessing the Trust Portal

Visit https://trust.honeycomb.io/ to access our Trust Portal where you can download compliance reports and security documentation.

The portal will ask you to verify your email address to gain access. Once verified, you'll be able to navigate and download the documents you need.

Troubleshooting Access Issues

If you're having trouble receiving the email invitation to the Trust Portal:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for emails from Conveyor (our Trust Portal provider)

  2. Verify with your IT team that emails from Conveyor aren't being blocked by organizational email filters

  3. If you still can't receive the invitation email, try accessing the portal directly at https://trust.honeycomb.io/ - you may already have been approved for access
