Honeycomb Support Availability

Honeycomb Support is available during global business hours: 5pm PDT/PST Sunday through 5pm PDT/PST Friday.

For Enterprise customers with Premium Support, we offer 24x7 availability for critical issues. Please see https://www.honeycomb.io/support for details.

  • If your organization has an account with Honeycomb, you can create tickets via the Honeycomb Support customer portal, where you can also check the status of your tickets and make updates to them.
