To view your Honeycomb Support ticket history, please visit the Honeycomb Support Portal at and log in via the LOGIN button in the top right corner of the page.

If you haven't previously created or activated your support portal account, you will need to do so.

Once you have logged in to your Support Portal account, click the Check Ticket Status link to view and update your tickets. You will only be able to see the tickets that are linked to the email address registered to your Support Portal account.

Organizational Ticket History

If you are a Team Owner in Honeycomb, and you would like to be able to view tickets from your organization, please do get in touch with Honeycomb Support. After we verify your status, we can flag this ability on for you.
